Which areas of Sydney do you deliver catering to?
We deliver catering across Sydney, subject to location and availability.
Uber Roadside Drop-off is free for orders over $100 and is available across eligible Sydney suburbs within Uber's service area. We'll book and pay for the courier on your behalf, roadside drop-off, a convenient option for smaller orders.
Tiny's Premium Delivery is available within a 5km radius of Tiny's Sandwich Bar (55 Clarence Street, Sydney) for $50.
Do you offer next-day catering delivery?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I place a same-day or last-minute catering order?
Yes! We've selected a range of catering items that can be prepared on the same day. Simply click Need Catering Today? in the top menu to browse the available items.
Please note that same-day catering is available via Uber Courier or Store Pickup only, subject to availability.
How much does catering delivery cost?
We offer two delivery options: Tiny's Premium Delivery is a flat $50, with no minimum order required. Alternatively, Uber Courier delivery is available (free of charge) for orders over $100
What is the cut-off time for next-day orders?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
There's no minimum order for Tiny's Premium Delivery ($50 flat rate). Our Free Uber Courier option requires a minimum order of $100 to be available.
Can I pick up my catering order instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely! You can choose Store Pickup during checkout instead of delivery.
Simply select your preferred pickup date and time, and we'll have your order freshly prepared and ready for collection from Tiny's Sandwich Bar, 55 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
If you need to make any changes to your pickup time or have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.
How does Uber Courier delivery work?
Uber Courier is available for orders over $100, and Tiny's books and pays for it on your behalf at no extra cost to you. You'll receive a live tracking link and PIN code once your courier is on the way. Please have someone meet the driver at the building entrance or a street-level pickup point to collect the order. For orders under $100, our Tiny's Premium Delivery (flat $50) is available instead.
Do you offer weekend catering delivery in Sydney?
Yes. We offer catering delivery on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes requested within 24 hours of delivery or collection may not be possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your order are charged at 100% of the order value. Any eligible refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation and applicable fees.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered or ready for collection on the date and time confirmed by our team. All catering orders are subject to confirmation, and we'll provide your delivery or pickup details once your booking has been finalised.
